We make the best cookware on the planet!
Lodge Cast Iron has been making heirloom-quality cookware and accessories since 1896. We currently operate two foundries in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, our home since the very beginning. Backed by over 120 years of experience, each piece of Lodge cookware is crafted for durability and versatility. We don't just make cookware — we make memories that last for generations.
Our guiding principles help us do business the right way.
We are committed to the company and to each other.
Our story begins in 1877 when Joseph Lodge moved to South Pittsburg, Tennessee. As a fifth-generation, family-owned company, our founder's legacy of quality cookware and innovation continues to this day.
Over the years, Lodge Cast Iron has survived and thrived by paying attention to what matters most: our employees. Join our team and be part of the Lodge tradition.
We take pride in who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
Making cast iron cookware is just plain cool! We pour a mix of molten iron and steel into sand molds to create solid, durable pieces of cookware that will last for generations.
We find ways to improve who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
We are dedicated to reducing our impact on the environment. Over the years, we have developed company-wide recycling programs, uncovered ways to reuse foundry sand, switched to biodegradable packing materials, and invested in foundry equipment that reduces pollution and minimizes energy consumption.
We are in this together.
We are deeply invested in the South Pittsburg community and surrounding area. This Tennessee town has been our home since the beginning, and it's our ethical duty to take care of the people who have helped shaped Lodge Cast Iron into the successful company it is today.
We're a proud sponsor of the National Cornbread Festival, held right here in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, the last full weekend of April. Since the festival began, over $1 million in proceeds have been donated to the community.
