No problem. Because Lodge is available through a number of retailers, we want to make sure we’re connecting you with the right support. If your order was placed on our website, lodgecastiron.com, please follow the instructions below.

If your items was not purchased on our website and has been damaged in use, we can also help with that.

 

Please email info@lodgecastiron.com with:

  • Your name, phone, and shipping address
  • Item number (found on the bottom of the cookware) or product size/color
  • Where and when you purchased it
  • How you typically preheat the cookware
  • Photos: one of the damaged area, one of the Lodge logo

If your item was purchased new and is unused from another retailer—either in-store or online—please contact the original retailer directly for assistance with returns, exchanges, or damage / shipping claims.
