Where can I use Lodge Stoneware? 

Ceramic bakeware is oven-safe up to 450℉. These pieces are not made for use on a stovetop, grill, or fire. 

Do I need to avoid certain ingredients? 

Nope! The durable porcelain enamel can stand up to any ingredient, even acidic ones like tomato sauce or lemon juice. 

How do I store leftovers? 

Unlike cast iron, ceramic bakeware won’t rust! That makes these pans great for marinating or storing leftovers. 

Cleaning Tips

How should I handle dish duty? 

You can hand wash with warm soapy water or pop in the dishwasher for easy cleanup. 

Help! How do I remove stains? 

Staining is normal and doesn’t affect performance. However, you can use a ceramic cleaner to remove stains. For persistent stains, soak the interior of the cookware for 2-3 hours with a mixture of 3 tablespoons of household bleach per quart of water. 

How should I store Lodge Stoneware? 

These pieces should be stored in a cool, dry place. The various sizes nest for easy storage!
