1.    Review the Lodge Manufacturing Company Authorized Reseller Policy for the United States (“Reseller Policy”), including the Online Sales Guidelines.

2.    Fill out the Lodge Manufacturing Company Authorized Reseller Website Registration Form (“Form”) below.

3.    Agree to the Legal Agreement below.

4.    Click “Submit.”

This Form is only used to register “Permissible Public Websites,” as defined in the Reseller Policy.  The Reseller Policy prohibits you from selling Lodge products on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace) without Lodge’s prior written consent. Consent to sell Lodge products on online marketplaces is not granted through this website registration process.

This website registration process and the Reseller Policy are applicable only in the United States of America.
