We love starting the day with early-bird energy, and that calls for a savory breakfast that's both classic and unconventional. Welcome the day with this savory dutch baby, featuring a tender exterior, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, and fried eggs. Serve it with a strong cup of coffee straight from our classic cast iron skillet.

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 425° F. Place the 13.25 inch cast iron skillet in the oven to heat up, too.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk, flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
- Carefully remove the hot skillet from the oven and add the butter, swirling it around to coat the bottom and sidewalls evenly.
- Quickly pour the batter into the hot skillet over the melted butter. Place the skillet back into the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the Dutch Baby is puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Set back in the oven until the cheese melts, about 1-2 minutes.
- While the Dutch Baby is baking, fry 3 eggs in a separate skillet to your liking.
- Once the Dutch Baby is done, remove from the oven, top with fried eggs and sprinkle with additional green onion. Serve immediately.
