This blondie recipe was specially designed for our HERSHEY'S KISSES Seasoned Cast Iron Kiss Skillet! It’s easy to make and the perfect sweet treat to share with someone you love.

Ingredients

Baker’s Joy 

35 HERSHEY'S KISSES, roughly chopped 

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

½ cup sugar

½ cup light brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 large egg

1 egg yolk

1 cup flour

½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Prep the pan with Baker’s Joy, using a brush to make sure the spray is covering the entire baking surface, including sidewalls. 
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, and stir until combined. Then incorporate one whole egg and one egg yolk.  
  4. Next add the flour and salt, mix until the dough comes together, and fold in the HERSHEY'S KISSES.  
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Slice and serve!
