Craving nachos? With this recipe, you'll get them from grill to table and ready to share in just 30 minutes.
Directions
-
Place the skillet on the grill or stovetop over medium-high heat and preheat for 10 minutes. Check your temperature by sprinkling a few drops of water over the cooking surface. If the water dances and evaporates quickly, you’re good to go.
-
Oil your pan and add the seasoned steak to the hot skillet in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes, until just cooked through. Remove the steak to a tray and set aside.
-
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add tortilla chips to the skillet. Top with shredded cheese, cooked steak, and black beans. Close the grill lid or cover the skillet with a lid for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese fully melts.
-
Remove the skillet from the grill and top with red onion, jalapeño, and green onion. Serve from the skillet!
