Introducing the Lodge Legacy Series
As a family-owned, American company since 1896, we have a strong appreciation for legacies.
Many of the items we've made in our small Tennessee town have been passed down through families from generation to generation, given as wedding gifts and graduation presents, and been present at family celebrations. Our cast iron is used at holiday meals to cook favorite recipes, and in many homes it remains on the stovetop year round. We understand that for many people, a cast iron pan is more than just an item in the kitchen. It is a part of your home.
That's why we're proud to introduce the Lodge Cast Iron Legacy Series, a collection of special edition Lodge items we are resurrecting from our archives. Beginning in February 2018, we will introduce one new Legacy Series item a year. Each new item in the series is a remastered version of a retired product from one of our historic catalogs, which date back to 1896. Items in the Lodge Legacy Series will not be exact replicas of old versions, but rather updated with a few small modifications.
In the past few years, we have heard from a lot of passionate cast iron users and collectors about items we have discontinued, and we want to let you know that these requests are not falling on deaf ears. We love that people are passionate about these pieces of our history, and we hope that the items in the Lodge Legacy Series will become a treasured part of your family history, as well.
Stay tuned for more updates later this month about the first item in the legacy series. To be the first to receive the announcement, follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or sign up for our email newsletter by clicking the yellow envelope at the bottom of the page.
