Charles LeRoy joined the Air Force in 1981 when he was 19 years old. His role was Security Forces Specialist, and he was involved in air-based defense and law enforcement. During his 20 years in the service, he did tours in Turkey, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, Alaska, Florida and Nebraska. "I enjoyed the traveling, being able to serve," he says.
LeRoy left the service in 2001, and just months later, he got a job at Lodge Manufacturing in his hometown of South Pittsburg, Tennessee. He has been here ever since. LeRoy currently works as a utility in the warehouse.
Thanks, Charles, for your service and for all your hard work at Lodge!
